1. Book your session by phone, email, or in person at the studio. You can also click the “Book Online” button at the top of our website. Portrait sessions take place on weekends and on weekday evenings, and we’re usually booked about 3 weeks ahead of time. 2. Fill out your contract and pay the session fee. You can mail us a check, call us with your credit card info, or pay using the invoice that is automatically generated when you complete the online contract. 3. Visit the studio, email, or call any time before your shoot if you have any questions. 4. Enjoy your portrait session! 5. One to two weeks later, you will be emailed a link to your slideshow and private viewing gallery. Watch your slideshow, share the link with friends and family, and ooh and aww over your adorable family. 6. Return to the studio 1-2 weeks later for your ordering appointment. 7. Choose your prints. Go with a collection for the best savings, choose from the a la carté list, or create your own combination. Payment for your order is due at the time of your ordering appointment. 8. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is in the studio and ready to be picked up during normal business hours.

You can also upgrade this plan to include a maternity session for just $75. First Year Baby Plan members receive 25 custom birth announcements after their newborn session, a “Favorites” CD with 3 favorite images from each session as fully edited digital files with a personal print release, and access to a the exclusive baby plan member discount. A La Carté Prints
Time and care are devoted to retouching each image before prints are created. Images are then developed professionally according to the highest archival standards. All portraits 11×14 and larger are mounted on single weight matboard. Mounting ensures that your heirloom portraits remain perfect both before and after framing.
