I love my job. Really, after a session like this, I feel like the luckiest photographer in the world. Olivia is a soft, cuddly bundle of wonder. Her parents brought her into our studio in downtown Kent, Ohio for a newborn portrait session. Look at those eyes in the first photo! One good thing about doing a “newborn” session a little later is that the baby usually has better control of their eyes, so the open-eyed photos are more of a possibility. Of course, the trade-off for that is the struggle to keep them asleep. We always manage, though, and I never fail to be in awe of the beauty that shines through.
